 After months of data and business analysis, workshops and system configuration, the systems consolidation and business streamlining project for ACTIC in Sweden and Norway has been delivered as planned. ACTIC is now utilizing ClubLead to power a total of 116 clubs that are now centrally managed from the new head office in Stockholm. This complex, multinational project comprising both fully owned and partly autonomous clubs is the 6th enterprise level project for eXerp to successfully complete since 2005. The project is however unique in the sense that it is the first to be delivered under the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model. It means, ACTIC will not have to worry about hosting, performance or maintenance of ClubLead. In addition, eXerp has supplied computers and peripherals for all clubs, allowing ACTIC to speed up club deployment and to drastically reduce maintenance going forward. We are pleased to see another complex, multinational ClubLead project being delivered on time. One of the most visible changes in the ACTIC clubs is the implementation of e-signature and the shift to a completely paperless member enrollment process. It means no more handwritten contracts being sent to head office or the members. Contracts are stored with signatures in ClubLead where they are accessible for both ACTIC staff and members who can download their personal contract from their My ClubLead online account. We are looking forward to working with the ACTIC team in the years to come. With the ending of the implementation phase we are beginning the never ending business optimisation and development phase. |
