  • Procard (Exerp) is founded based on eClub software.

  • The Exerp platform is established through a strategic partnership with SATS. Current CEO, Rémi Nodet, is hired as a software developer.

  • Exerp switches to a SaaS business model.

  • Exerp signs contract with Actic Fitness and cements its leading Nordic position.


European expansion

  • Exerp expands outside the Nordic nations with its first UK contract.

  • Contract with PureGym is signed.

  • Contract is signed with Virgin Active.

  • US office is established in Florida.


Global reach - North America, APAC and the Middle-East

  • Contract with GoodLife marks the entry into North America.

  • Australian office established in Sydney.

  • Exerp signs contract with Life Time Fitness.

  • Exerp signs contract with Fernwood Fitness in Australia.

  • Expansion to the Middle-east begins when Fitness Time signs contract.

  • Exerp acquired by Clubessential Holdings, LLC.
