Support for recurring clip card subscriptions — EXERP GO

“As a Receptionist, I can sell a recurring clip card subscriptions directly in Exerp GO, so that members can enjoy the flexibility of clip cards combined with the convenience of an ongoing subscription.

You can now sell recurring clip card subscriptions in the join flow. Staff can select clip size, adjust startup clips, and give members the flexibility of clip cards with the convenience of recurring billing.

Design & re-design progress — EXERP GO

We continue to make good progress on the re-design of Exerp GO.

• Member profile: The redesign has been completed for Clip cards and Documents
• Calendar: The redesigned version is ready and will be included in the next release (release
  817)
• Shopping basket: The redesign work is in progress and moving forward

We’re excited to see these improvements coming together step by step, making Exerp GO more consistent and user-friendly.

Deeplinks & SSO for subscription actions — EXERP WEBAPPS

“As a Member Service Manager, I want to guide members directly to specific subscription actions in WebApps, so they can manage their memberships quickly and without friction.”

We’ve added support for deeplinks and SSO to subscription actions in WebApps.

This means you can now:

• Create links that take members directly to actions such as manage, change, freeze, buy add-ons, or terminate a subscription
• Use SSO deeplinks to redirect logged-in members from your own website directly to WebApps

This helps you offer members a smoother experience by sending them straight to the action they need without extra navigation.
