Booking overview

Exerp GO

As a Receptionist, I want to see and manage a member’s bookings in one place, so that I can quickly find relevant bookings and take actions like show-up or cancellation

We’ve added a new Member Bookings subpage in the member profile to give staff a full overview of a member’s past, current, and future bookings. The page includes filters for date and activity type, as well as a free-text search to quickly find specific bookings. Staff can also show up or cancel the member directly from this view.

Manage member payment agreements

As a Receptionist, I want to view, add, and update a member’s payment agreements, so that I can manage their payment setup from their profile.

We’ve introduced a new Payment Agreements view in the member profile, allowing staff to see all of a member’s current and past agreements and manage them directly from Exerp GO. This includes adding new agreements, updating existing ones, and viewing key details such as payment type, status, clearinghouse, deduction date, and more. The feature supports all payment agreement types (Direct Debit, Invoice, and Credit Card) while respecting the configuration rules of each clearinghouse plugin.

Sales list

Exerp GO

As a Receptionist, I want to access and filter a sales list for both centre and a member, so that I can quickly review transactions and see detailed information when needed

We’ve added a new Sales List feature that gives staff an overview of transactions either per center (via the menu) or filtered to a specific member. The list includes powerful filters such as cash register, date interval, receipt number, and member. Each transaction can be expanded to a detailed view showing item-level information, payment details, employee data, and available actions like viewing receipts and option to resend by email.
