Complete payment agreement creation using QR code — EXERP GO
“As a Member Service Manager, I want to display a QR code for payment agreement updates in Exerp GO, so that members can scan it with their phone and complete the card capture process themselves.”
Staff can now generate a QR code when creating or updating payment agreements in Exerp GO instead of opening the web completion page. Members simply scan the QR code to complete card capture on their own phone.
More traceability for push messages — EXERP APP
“As a System Administrator, I want to see the delivery status and outcome of every push message sent to a member, so that I can analyze the results and take action when needed.”
Exerp has significantly enhanced its push‑message framework over the last months, greatly expanding the scope for new integrations while providing detailed, real‑time visibility into every delivery attempt; so you can review outcomes, investigate exceptions, and keep your connected ecosystem performing at its best.
New section for integration attributes in person’s profile — EXERP APP
“As a System Administrator, I want to place the integration attributes related to the member in a separate section in member profile, so that it is cleaner and access to the information can be controlled by separate actions.”
A new button now displays under the ‘Details’ section of the profile page which shows all of the integration attributes of the person whenever the attributes are set to be placed within this section in the person extended attributes configuration.
