Welcome to our product update, covering the latest features and improvements from Exerp through January and February 2026.
Staff View in Calendar
As an Activity Manager, I want to view bookings and availability across multiple staff directly in the calendar, so I can quickly find the right staff and schedule sessions more efficiently.
We are introducing a new Staff view in the calendar, making it easier to plan and manage sessions that depend on staff availability, such as personal training or treatments. The new view provides a clear, side-by-side overview of staff members, showing both their bookings and availability for a selected day, helping users quickly identify who is free and when.
Users can focus on relevant staff by showing or hiding individual staff members, improving clarity in busy calendars. This update supports better operational planning, reduces time spent switching between profiles, and enables faster, more confident booking decisions directly from the calendar. The Staff view is available on desktop and larger tablet screens, where it delivers the most value for day-to-day scheduling.

Support Instalment Plans
Exerp GO
As a Receptionist, I want to offer instalment plans directly in the shopping basket, so members can split their payment into manageable instalments while still completing the purchase in one flow
We are adding support for instalment plans in Exerp GO, allowing staff to offer flexible payment options when selling subscriptions, clip cards, goods, and services. When a product supports instalment plans, staff are guided through a simple selection flow where they can choose between paying upfront or selecting an instalment plan, including any required deposit. This makes it easier to close sales, reduce upfront cost barriers for members, and maintain full control over payments without adding operational complexity for staff.

Message Overview in Member Profile
Exerp GO
As a Receptionist, I want to view the full content and delivery status of messages sent to a member, so I can understand what communication the member has received and follow up confidently if needed.
We are introducing a new Messages view in the member profile, giving staff clear insight into all communication sent to a member, such as emails, SMS, and system notifications. The new overview makes it easy to see when messages were created, how they were delivered, and whether they reached the member, with quick access to read the full message content. By organizing messages under a dedicated Journal section, staff gain better transparency and context when supporting members or resolving questions. This improvement strengthens communication visibility, reduces uncertainty in member interactions, and supports more informed and consistent service across teams.

Logs Overview in Member Profile
Exerp GO
As a Receptionist, I want to view a clear history of status changes and updates made to a member’s data, so I can understand the member’s background and support them more effectively
We are adding a new Logs section to the member profile in Exerp GO, giving staff access to important historical information about a member in one simple view. Instead of splitting information across multiple places, status changes and data updates are presented in a single, easy-to-navigate area with clear filtering options. This helps staff quickly understand how a member’s status or details have evolved over time, without needing to switch tools or views. The result is better context, fewer misunderstandings, and more confident conversations when assisting members.

Smart Pass: Club Entry Only with Phone or Watch
As a club member, I want to get in the club quickly by tapping my phone or smart watch at the entrance using a digital pass stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
We are introducing a new feature, Smart Pass, that lets members enter your club using a digital membership pass stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Members simply tap their phone at a compatible entrance reader to access the club. No plastic card and no dedicated mobile app required making entry faster, easier, and more convenient for both members and staff.
