Member visit overview — EXERP GO
“As a receptionist, I can look up a member and see an overview of their visits and attendances, so I can quickly understand their activity history and provide better service.”
We have enhanced the member profile with a new activity overview section. The first step includes a list of the member’s visits and attendances, giving reception staff a quick insight into their club activity. Next, we’re working on extending this overview to include the member’s bookings.
Targeted straplines — EXERP WEB APPS
As a marketing manager, I want to display targeted straplines for specific member statuses (e.g., inactive or non-members), so I can share relevant offers and information with the right audience and drive engagement and conversions.”
We’ve enhanced the Strapline feature to allow targeted communication. You can now configure straplines to display only for members with specific statuses such as inactive or non-members. This enables direct marketing opportunities, allowing clubs to highlight offers, promotions, or key messages tailored to those who are not currently active members, directly on WebApps.
EGym integration for access permission check — EXERP APP
“As an EGym member, I want to check in to partner clubs so that I can gain access to attend the fitness resources using my EGym membership.”
A new enhancement is added to Exerp’s existing integration with EGym, using which members can check-in/attend to centers using their EGym membership privileges. Exerp will check the access permission in real time with EGym(instead of checking privileges in Exerp) and then allow/deny access to the member.
