Recurring clip card subscription — EXERP WEB APP
“As a member, I have the ability to purchase recurring clip card directly in WebApps, so I don’t need to go to the club to buy the subscription.”
Members can now purchase recurring clip card subscription directly online. This makes it simpler for members to access personal training without visiting the club, while helping clubs grow revenue through self-service sales.
Sign contract from member profile — EXERP GO
As a staff user, I can clearly see if a member has an unsigned document (such as a membership contract), so I can quickly open it and capture their electronic signature.
Unsigned documents are now clearly marked in the member profile on the documents page, helping staff identify when a signature is required. Staff can open the document directly from the documents page and initiate the electronic signature process.
Online data presented in Exerp App — EXERP WEBAPPS
“As a Member Service Manager, want to fetch and visualise data from different services so that I can view and, if needed, export the retrieved data for further use.”
The Online Data Dashboard in Member Service provides a central hub to quickly fetch, view, and export service data on demand. With support for AIA Vitality benefits data you can instantly retrieve results from the Vitality API. Exports to CSV and XLSX ensure easy offline use, while a streamlined design discards outdated data upon exit for accuracy.
