With more than 150 resorts and destinations across the U.S. and Canada, Life Time, Inc. needed a fitness management solution that could handle their current volume and still scale for growth. They selected Exerp to streamline their operations and integrate with a variety of other applications.

We caught up with Jeff Zwiefel, Executive Vice President and COO, and RJ Singh, Executive Vice President and CIO to learn more about how they made the decision to choose Exerp and what their experience has been.

Why did you decide to work with Exerp? What problem were you looking to solve; or what solution were you looking to incorporate?

Life Time sought to advance its former club scheduling solution to further support:
• Elevating both the member and team member experience, future growth and optimized operations.

What are the benefits to your business as a result of this relationship?
