Bringing the Brand Home for Holmes Place

The Challenge

Personal Trainers are external staff at Holmes Place. They did not have access to the client and couldn’t mark session clips as used by themselves. The PTs tended to forget this “check-in” and the numbers in the system are not updated properly. Once they send the invoice at the end of the month to Holmes Place, the finance staff could not consolidate the numbers, they could only trust the numbers and pay for the stated sessions as per the invoice. There was no reliable way to double-check that the number of sessions that the PT charged had already taken place and a member had been charged for them.


The roll out the Staff App in Germany has granted the PTs access to the system and allows them to mark the sessions as completed and check-in members. Now the system is fully updated and the finance department can trust the numbers from the invoices at the end of the month because those numbers match the system figures.
